hi Mihir ..Spoken English can improved by speaking in English and in a way that you can hear your own voice , the most important thing in doing so is dealing with the "FEAR OF FAILURE " dont speak with a intention of speaking perfectly in the first time or rather dont speak to impress, language is for expression, express in small ways, forget grammer , think in English thats most important , if you think in your mother tongue and try to speak in English it will be difficult , its like practicing football and playing cricket . just speak , read aloud , read in front of a mirror and most important recognise your voice, and to speak any language or learn you have to first learn to listen, listen to news, videos , people , repeat it in your mind, try this first.. atleast for 21 days make a schedule of practicing new things you haven't done yet and then see the result

Hi Team, Academic Qualification completed in the year 2012. Joined Infosys BPO in May 2013 and worked till Dec 2014. Then joined CGI as on Mar 2016 till date, Want to work into development but I have an experience of about 32 months into IT Support as systems engineer and technical support. Please help as which course I can take up, to get into IT industry.

Check the wanted ads of the profile you are targeting to apply for, it will have all that is required for that post, which industry certification is required, or check the profile of people who are there in that post and ask them what is that they require after 6 months or currently they don't have, that would be a best way to find out the reality, than any ready made answer here from anyone who is not of that field and working on it right now.
