I understand your concern however, i must tell you that you are not weak in English language. it is a foreign language and hence, does not come naturally to us. likewise, people learn french, german and other foreign languages, english can also be learn by joing a good institute. you may still try watching hindi movies with english sub-titles or giving voice over to any movie.

Dear Vishal,
Your problem is very common and never feel any inferiority complex for that reason. If possible just try to adopt the following things which I always advise to my students also: -
1) Read English News Papers daily especially the Editorial Column.
2) Practice a mock conversation with yourself (self-talking) at least for 45 minutes in English in front of a mirror on any topic or any imaginary situation.
3)Regularly watch English VDOs from internet for improving your listening skill & pronunciation.
4) Find out a good Tutor who can rectify your mistakes while speaking.

Talk to yourself like crazy and read! What to read? Start with your favourite Sports page or Page 3 of a popular English daily and slowly escalate to reading magazines of your interest. Do not try too hard to learn a language that is not your mother tongue. And wear a sales person's confidence while speaking in English. Remember, the person in front of you is more interested in the message you are trying to convey and not how perfect your grammar is. And yes, don't let anyone set the benchmark for you.
