The song needs to be sung from the heart, not from the tongue. The language does not matter because music is itself an independent language that everyone, including humans, plants, birds and animals, insects can listen and understand. This beautiful language of music has only seven alphabets donated to us by Saptrishis (7 Indian divine saints called as Sapt Rishi). If you master these Sa, Re, Ga, Ma, Pa, Dha, Ni, Sa (7 notes or alphabets of music) you can put in your words from any language.

If you hate your voice, I would suggest that please improve it; there are so many ways to convert Harsh Voice to Sweet and Silky, I would recommend that find a genuine sangeet guru, seek their advise and begin your musical journey. When you say that you want to sing, then do not hesitate. Go ahead and make your dream come true.

Yes you can sing in any language. You just need to build up your vocal abilities with correct guidance. I have seen people having very bad voice but now a days singing extremely good. Find a good teacher and don't give up.
