Based on my experience I am writing this review, My daughter was 3 years and finding a good school to put her in PreKG

As like all parents I was excitedly waiting to put my daughter in pre-school because she wont be uncomfortable while going to LKG in a big school. Since I stay near Purasawalkam I was looking for a school near purasawalkam or Kilpauk.

I had a list of schools in my mind and luckily all of the schools are in Kilpauk. My first preference was Arise 'n' Shine.

Arise 'n' Shine

I like the teaching method and the syllabus of the school, even the uniform are good.

The school look decent, but not big enough.

On the enquiry session, the teacher had given me sufficient information.

I had taken off this school from my list, just because it is far from my home, when considering other school and the play area I want it to be big.

Fees Details

Pay at the time of admission 18000 19000 (Approx)

Term 2 fees 11000 (Approx)

Term 3 fees 5500 (Approx)

Total 34500 to 35500 (Approx)

Second School was : Little Ants Play School

I like the teaching method and the syllabus of the school

The school look decent, and big enough.

On the enquiry session, the teacher had given me sufficient information.

The school has camera surveillance in and out of their school its an advantage of children safety.

I had taken out this school from my list, just because it was typically like a school atmosphere. I personally felt my daughter will be not comfortable. (this is just my personal opinion so I will request you to have your own experience.

Fees Details

30,000- 32000 (Approx)

Third School was : Enchanting Elves

While entering inside the school I felt like oh yes this was the one I was looking for my daughter.

The school has a big play area you will don't see any other school has these facility in kilpauk.

Enchanting Elves follow their own syllabus, its totally designed for kids.

On the enquiry session, the teacher had given me sufficient information.

I like the teaching method and the syllabus of the school, even the uniform are good.

There is no specific reason that I removed this school from my list, but the number of students per class was more students than seed which made me to think ?

Fees Details: Initial Fees : 7500 ( Stationery material, Field Trip, Doctor consultations etc( To be paid at the time of registration)

Term 1 : 8500 ( To be paid at the time of registration ) 7500+8500

Term 2: 8500

Term 3: 8500

Uniform : 2 set 900

Event : 600

ID: 200

Total: 34,700

Finally : Seed Play School

Enchanting Elves and Seed are close to next building. The size of the seed school is same as an Enchanting Elves, Even seed has big play area and good environment, but the play equipment when compare to Enchanting Elves seed has lesser than that.

On the enquiry session, the teacher had given me sufficient information.

I like the teaching method and the syllabus of the school, Seed follows CBSE syllabus even the uniform are good.

Uniforms are only on every Monday

Initially I was so confused I thought I had taken the wrong decision for not putting my daughter in Enchanting Elves until see completes her one week in seed, but now I am very happy with the improvement of my daughter in the 3 months. I myself cannot believe that my daughter started talking to me in English not fluently, but she is trying to speak.

My daughter completes all the rhymes, she can able to identify all colors, shapes, wild animal, younger one of all animals, birds etc. ( I would say 60% help from school and 40% we trained her in our home)

The teachers are too friendly with the children and parents.

Number of students per class was nearly 14 - 16

cons :

Uniforms are only in Monday.

4000 rs for books, uniform, and bag was little expensive.

No ID cards.

Fees Details : Reg + 1st Term : 4000 + 11000 (4000 for school books, uniform, Bag and field trips)

2nd term : 11,000

3rd term : 11,000

Total : 37000

Thanks for reading my review, again this is just my personal opinion so I will request you to have your own experience. Each one have different opinion I had shared my experience. However, all the schools are doing great job and I had mentioned the school which I had an inquiry, still there might be good school which I did not visited. «less
