I had been associated with colleges in Lucknow which were affiliated to Lucknow university since past several years. Recently I shifted to Ranchi and searching similar jobs as well as tuitions for girls who are appearing in their graduation with history as their subject. I simply teach in an interesting manner associating past with the current scenario to make the topics interesting and accessible to the students. What is normally a taken for granted phenomenon is that History is very difficult to learn. But I disagree because how we teach and how the student reacts and respond makes the subject matter convincing. Teaching is therefore two way process give and take, if the giver (the teacher) decodes the interest of the taker (the student), then the process is successful.

Therefore I feel delighted to teach and motivate students to query and to learn more. This makes me convey my essence to them and it makes them comfortable and beyond mental stress. For better results I prefer testing and retesting to make the points clear in the student's mind. Moreover connecting past events with present scenario not only gives students analytical approach to deal with the subject but it also helps them inculcating better understanding of any situation.

To conclude I would like to say that learning is an endless process, sometimes we teacher learns something from the students so educating minds and imparting knowledge is always a two way process. Good luck and success is guaranteed.
