I have been practicing yoga since school days. In last 4 years, I have become regular at my practice and have taught people with back pain, asthama, stress and PCOD.
Yoga is a way of life and I help my students transform as an individual over a period of time. They adopt better lifestyle and live a stress-free life. Mind plays a major role even for physical ailments. Therefore I include pranayam and meditation in my sessions. I follow Patanjali Yoga/Hatha Yoga and customize sessions as per the needs of an individual.

I have worked with Govt. of Uttar Pradesh and Govt of Haryana on Swachh Bharat Mission. Recently I was working with UNICEF on Jal Jeevan Mission. I belong to Hapur in Uttar Pradesh and have travelled all across the country to learn about culture etc. I love sattvik cooking and I can help people in adopting a balanced diet as well :)
