I have not been professionally involved in a teaching before but being a vice-president in toastmasters club, I have an experience in training a lot of professionals in areas of public speaking, leadership and soft skills training. My stint in toastmasters lasted for 2 years where I served later half as the vice-president. I have an adaptive style of teaching. This means I don't guide any two people the same way since every person is unique in a way of learning and this is the best thing about training that there is never just one person learning. Every person I have guided has in turn taught me something. This is for sure. Patience and empathy can be counted as my strength in teaching. Patience because I never stop try again until my pupil assures me of satisfaction. Empathy because being a professional, I understand exactly when, where and why a person needs behavioral, interpersonal and leadership skills. Speaking about age groups. I feel that the younger the faster, the older the wiser.
