How can I get the fluency in speaking English? When I talk with my friends in English, that time it is ok but, when I come to my home, I use my mother tongue for communication. In this way, I don't get much time to speak English. So, how to get an English speaking environment?

Also, stop making sentences in your mother tongue in your mind then just translating into English during the interview. That is a prevalent mistake we make. Language can quickly be learnt by listening. Try listening to the conversation between people and then try speaking as they do. Thats how kids learn/talk in a language even before they learn grammar or writing it.

How can I learn english writen skill  and speak fluently ?

Start developing vocabulary by reading and writing. Newspaper and articles would help. Watch more English movies. Remember, English, after all, is just a language which can be fluently be spoken once you start practising it.
