Anyone who intends to learn drawing and painting can learn it. But the first most important thing is 'LEARNING' and the second most important thing is 'SMART LEARNING'. Practice does not make anyone perfect rather smart practice can do wonders. In order to draw flawlessly one must understand the essential fundamentals of art, Which lies in composition, construction, color theory etc. Understnding the basic concepts is must. Once you thoroughly understand the basics, you can practice it confidently. If you dont clear your basics you will always be confused about the process as well as the outcome. Art is as much as science as mathematics, physics and chemistry is. You cant achieve a confident drawing just by mere observation. If you give enough time to understand the science of art you can draw anything you wish to.
