Skills Factory Learning has identified the niche segments where employment potential is extremely high but the demand has not been met due to lack of expert skills in candidates. We will fulfill this skill-gap through targeted knowledge and skill transfer. We have developed a bouquet of such solutions.
We have created certification courses in two main streams of employability - Entrepreneurship and Jobs. There are two primary courses and three secondary courses that ensure employability in at least one of the two streams. The courses are supplementary in nature, short term and do not in any way clash, contradict, disturb or replace the existing education being pursued by the students, but at the same time, ensure an effective back-up and ideally prepares the student in a better way to monetise his/her college imparted education.
