o M Tech CAD/CAM professional from Symbiosis International University.
o Offering almost 5 years of hands on experience in CAE especially in the field of Strength and durability with good knowledge in engine and transmissions (Powertrain).
o Working experience in linear and nonlinear static analysis, structural and thermal analysis and coupled thermo structural analysis of powertrain components (engine and transmissions) for strength and durability.
o Pre-processing which includes assigning properties, setting up connections, contacts and complete deck preparation in Hypermesh for assemblies like, cylinder head, crank case and bed plate of three and six cylinder engines for thermo structural analysis.
o Meshing includes three and six cylinder engines, Front bumper assembly, front door assembly, Central stowage, Quarter trim and cabin divider, fender. Chassis assembly.
o Expertise of Hypermesh (V12 & V13), MSC Nastran, Abacus CAE, Ricardo Fearce.Ansys
o Familiarity with complex geometry, boundary conditions, optimal mesh and exact solutions.
o Abilities to handle multiple priorities with a genuine interest in professional and personal development.
