"This wonder woman has changed my life. I initially just enrolled for yoga with her because I never wanted to adopt the gym lifestyle. I wanted to feel flexible and energised . Being overweight never really bothered me. But Pooja is so skilled at such young age. With her knowledge In traditional yoga , pranayam and an extensive knowledge of naturopathy ayurveda and lifestyle disorders she has just turned my life around not to say weight loss was a side effect I had from our practices. She wonderful human. Totally recommend her . One should at least get a consultation from her for sure . "
