IdentityTeaching is something that fascinates me to the core of my heart. I am so passionate for it that during my college days, whenever I got the opportunity to visit my hometown, I used to spend most of my vacation in my school and taught, mentored and helped my juniors prepare for their competitive examinations. Even in my college (IIT Kanpur), I was part of a 'social cause' where I used to teach kids/students from rural background.
When I teach a group of students, I try to keep the material as simple as possible and present them in a way that even the weakest student of the class can grasp the concepts easily. The way I teach makes a student very curious about the subject and pose before them series of questions and challenges which makes even a seemingly dull topic very interesting. The examples I explain/present in the class are carefully designed and tailored to gain perfection in various concepts. My teaching style is very simple, plain and algorithmic. It starts off by explaining the concept/theory, giving some examples, solving illustration problem related to the very concept taught and then developing on it to accommodate the related concepts taught in the previous classes. This way, the student not only learns about the present topic, but also tries to broaden his views to approach the problem from different angles.
I have the experience of teaching a class of more than 50 students. My area of expertise being mathematics, physics upto XII level and mechanical engineering of B.Tech level. In addition to that, I also like to teach programming languages like C, C++ and Python.
