My passion:

I have been working as a professional in a variety of domains for more than three decades with international exposure. I have gathered the experiences working with people, processes and developing high performance teams.

I strongly believe that roles change with time. At this stage, I genuinely wish to share and create leadership with a strong base of knowledge. I have worked in design engineering projects from concept to commissioning. The processes followed ,govern and dictate the final quality of the product. It requires the right attitude and a thorough understanding of the needs of the end user.

With my exposure to and keen interest in Instructional Systems Design and experience in engineering design and related projects, I understand that the needs of every industry differ from project to project .In order to develop multi-skilled team members for high performance, it is essential to scientifically understand technology requirements and prepare the team members for the same.

It is a challenge to assess, define and meet the requirements within the framework of constraints.

A training cycle begins with needs analysis, understanding the current status of the team, setting up the objectives, creating the content, training the trainers and ensuring apt delivery to meet the needs. It is equally important to elicit feedback and validate the process for the closure and improvements.

During my association with various Institutions, I realized that there is a need to share, motivate and create lifelong learners to create professionals of the future.

I have executed various roles which involve training for students to help them enhance employability skills and training for faculty for better delivery. In the process, budding engineers have been able to transform themselves into industry-ready professionals by leveraging their domain knowledge.



With this in mind, I envision the future professionals as clear, confident and creative learners who can consciously work in high performing teams by mapping the aspirations of the self with those of the industry. I strongly believe that a true professional must possess domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, team spirit and high spiritual strength and values to maintain good work-life balance and sustained growth.
