Face to face is the best method of learning frankly..
For online mode..you need to have impeccable and clear understanding of the module already and the trainer or teacher can aid you..there are very very few trainers who do adjust wheb teaching online...

Hi Amit. Its simple. You should ensure you speak in no other language except English with everyone around you. That's the first step to improving your language at a very basic level and to avoid grammatical errors. Leave your vernacular language behind for awhile. Apart from that speaking confidently without letting others judge you is a very important part of trying to master the language. Read books, watch movies without subtitles and learn 5 new words with meanings everyday. Best of luck!
