Spanning her career of more than 11 years, she has not only worked with premier academic institutions like Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, but has also consulted with Infosys Technologies Ltd, one of the largest and reputed IT consulting organization in India, as a Certified Trainer on behavioral skills for their software professionals.
As a Program Manager at Chatur Knowledge Networking Pvt.Ltd, Meeta facilitated the Big 5 Mirror workshop using CB5 (an online personality test based on the Five Factor Model of Personality) for organizations like: Pegasus Properties, American Axel Manufacturing (AAM) and some Architectural firms in Pune, to name a few. The objective of this workshop is to enhance self-awareness, build interpersonal sensitivity and team bonding. She has also used CB5 to help organizations, facilitate people development.
Currently, she is a Freelance HR Consultant working with different organizations in the areas of behavioral training and HR consulting. She is also a Knowledge Consultant promoting the usage of CB5 from recruitment to development of the right people in various organizations.
