Can I do Past life regression by myself? Does anyone have information about it?

Better you do not attempt. It is like cutting your own hair... You cannot really see the back of your head, even if there aren't many mirrors. Best to go to a trustworthy therapist only.

How you we change to positive thinking?

Find everything that happens meaningful, every event occurs to teach us something. It is OK to be sad, cry. When you learn from it, it is positive. These will be no negative thinking when every moment teaches.

How can I practice spirituality at home and get rid from negative thinking and depression..

You are born spiritual. We forget, doubt and question this basic truth and look for techniques to go where we already are. Spirituality does not need a place, mantra, time or skill. It needs your faith and surrender only.
