Hi ! As a Govt. approved MSME Mentor and Business Coach I come across may individuals who are wanting to ride the tiger know as entrepreneurship. People do become Entrepreneurs but not many meet the benchmark of being called a Successful Entrepreneur. Unfortunately the success ratio is very poor when it comes to Entrepreneurship. Globally the statistics are for every 10 individuals who ride the tiger called entrepreneurship, 6 fall off and only 4 stay on, but out of the 4 only one's venture is profitable, other 3 are loss making ventures. Hence, as a Occupational Psychotherapist, i looked at it from the behavioral space. Most of my clients were entrepreneurs, and have been in the space for sometime now. However, most of them were suffering, and when i did a detailed analysis i realized its got nothing to do with strategy but all got to do with the entrepreneur's behavior. I understood that the individual and his venture can not be separated and hence started working on the success parameters via the therapy space. Today i successfully run a 15 months Entrepreneurial Coaching Program, purely based on Therapy and nothing else, 180 hours of intense therapy, dealing with the issues at the core rather than the superficial or jargon based level. We resolve the core issues that are holding you back from succeeding in your entrepreneurial venture.
