I am a passionate trainer and life coach driven by the vision to add value to the Personal, Professional, Family and Social life of individuals around by imparting powerful tools and techniques through my training, so that they can perform best in what they are doing.
The process improvement experience in ITES gave me an insight that process and human behaviour are highly interrelated, and hence I decided to complete the certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming technique for Understanding Human Behavior in detail, and after my NLP Certification, I developed the training methodology which caters to different segments of behavioural training and personal coaching.
During last three years I have conducted workshops on various topics like goal setting, communication effectiveness, leadership skills, etc. The audience I have addressed varies from Entrepreneurs, Top Management Professional, Middle & Lower Level Managers, Team Leads, Support Staff, Class-1 Officers of Govt. of Maharashtra, Students, etc.
Because of creative thinking, I develop simple and practical training.
I have consistently achieved an average rating of 4.5 and above out of 5 for all the training sessions conducted so far.
