Most developers dont know it.  search for "Awesome React-native"  and you will find the collection of the best Libraries categories on git hub. this is valid for almost all languages. give it a try.

Additionaly to the Answer before me from Arhitecture or design point of view React is server side rendering vs Vue is Client side. 
There is Difference in architecture which dictates speed (server is faster generally React wins) . Client rendering needs light on hardware requirement as the Session information or processing power will moved to Client m/c less dependency on hardware expansion (vue wins).

Python is growing fast you use google or git hub comparison to see that the commits or pulls are more than Java. But when it comes to Jobs its still Java which is supreme ruler for enterprice backend. The toolset for Java is just too good to loose its number one spot any time soon.

Python libraries are useful for ML and AI which has High buzz or demand now but for all practicle purpose the majority of software services ,bank and IB still rely on Java.

I have taken interviews from Jr. developers to VP level technical architects. The trickiest questions are generally those which make you respond based on your experience rather than a book or answers easily available on Google.

For example I ask a common question to relaively Sr. Developers : suppose a Jr Dev comes to you and asks there are 3 ways to iterate over Collection .. For loop i to size() ; foreach style loop and Iterator ..
why 3 ; why not Just one? trust me I haven't seen a satisfactory asnwer till date. avoiding listing all my question bank :)

Unfortunately everyone wants Job assistance noone focuses on Knowledge or the learning aspect. When companies hire a developer he doesn't know git,  maven, spring, unix and so many other things which are must for a java developer. They expect company to give training but refuse to acknowledge even if it was not covered that well in college ultimately its the student's responcibility to spend time learning it.

Companies practically calculate the time for you to be productive as a fresher it will be few months not all companies can afford those many month salary till a dev is productive.
