I am currently an employee of Tata Consultancy PVT LTD organization. I am extremely interested in obtaining a faculty position at your academy, where I can contribute to its focus on engineering education, continue my research on concrete structures, and lead campus and professional service activities.

Currently I am supporting Freshers who are new for interview and who need guidance, support to get comfort level and 100% success for selection. With very reasonable fees I have designed helpful tips and study material.
Over the years, I have developed an innovative approach to teaching through creating and presenting course materials from both live projects and in training classroom settings. My academic training and near around 10.5 years of industrial experience as a Project Lead / Trainer prepare me to be an effective instructor in your department. I am excited to share and continue to explore this methodology and collaborate with your department faculty to expand its potential. In my experience, the best teaching involves concrete, hands-on examples, so I engage students in my courses by encouraging the maximum laboratory participation possible.
I found that my professional or an Industry level experience provided me with a broad view that is useful in assisting students with projects and assignments.
