Here before I say someting, we have two words "satisfaction" and "satisfactory", this two are for both the parent and teacher. So question is complicated, it is of mutual understanding and satisfaction. After this it comes on duration, teaching standard, size of students group, and technique of teaching.

Here, I suggest you first strengthen your will power.

It is said where is a will there is a way.

After the above have respect for each and every one.

Then ask everyone if you had done something wrong, in hurry or anger they must conveyed you, and you have to follow his feedback, and correct this and promise to not repeat it again in your future 

It is a very confusing question, and answer is also shocking, currently viewing the market I think everyone must know what's the approx fee, here it is not Valued the student is of which standard, here it is value of time, standard and technique of teaching,, the parents wish to send his ward for tuition and teacher wants to teach here only the student is a student, so what both expect is really a very big question. Teaching to someone is very great job, and this have to think the parents is he or she paying the true honorarium, or for the teacher is he is asking the right honorarium.
