First the question itself is wrong. One does not put numeric as a prefix for half . you either put no prefix or an indefinite article. It can be half or a half. In french you can use 2 words for half, moitié (feminine) , demi (masculine) , demie(feminine) In hindi for half it is aadha In telegu it... ...more
