"Good teaching comes from strong sense of self". My teaching is unique in the sense while teaching approach is holistic, inclusive,and individualized. I believe in enquiry base learning method that means I not only share my knowledge but also elicit knowledge from my students. E.g- while teaching mathematics I didn't simply teach formula and methods of solving problems but also explain the value of understanding numbers. I includes alI students in my lesson.For languages I truly believe that learning doesn't ends in the books related to subject each and every student should have vocabulary knowledge so last year I started a creative writing club and believe me my students not only improve their writing and speed but also ??????in their skills. For Science /Evs/Social Science I increase my student's interest by relating my lesson with modern technologies (by using internet video ).For Hindi,Marathi languages I try to improve their learning ,readind & writing skills by practicing saur vyanjans , matras,shudh lekhan. I love children and have fun in teaching ."I believe that education is life long process of searching knowledge which make me passionate about this field. My main aim is to make each learner living morally, creatively and productively in this world ??.
