I have done Bachelors of Science from Fergusson college and Masters from Wadia. Though teaching has always been my passion from my early childhood, I have been tutoring and mentoring professionally for last 4years.
In my opinion, More than the number of years in experience, it's how deeply a teacher can connect to his/her students to instill the value addition with core fundamentals and concepts of the chapters and not just the cramming practice which is taught in most of the schools and coaching nowadays.
My Motivation:-
l have a great passion for teaching and spreading of knowledge. I think a great country is made on great intellectual foundations which comes through a good education. A wrong knowledge is much more dangerous than no knowledge at all.
I first check where exactly the student lies in terms of knowledge. Then I catch what are the wrong concepts a student has in his/her mind. And then I begin with the teaching in my own ways. And just like a good food is not cooked through a couple of pages of recipe, a teaching can't be explained in words. It comes from a connected interaction between the student and the teacher.
