IdentityI have a total of 15 years of work experience across different industries such as International BPO, Banking and Training.
I have worked with top notch companies such as Hewitt Associates (International BPO), ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Reliance Communications in varied roles of Team Executive, Senior Officer, Deputy Manager and Senior Trainer (Telecom sector).
I was employed with International Training and Development, an e-learning firm that caters to online training to International students enrolled in Business Administration and Business Management courses. I used to take virtual classroom sessions for the students, coach and mentor them to complete the course with flying colors. I also used to check the assessments submitted by the students and give them appropriate feedback.
I believe that as a trainer I have the ability to make the subject as easy and interesting as possible that I train on.
