Having a corporate experience of more than a decade in HRM with organisations like Infosys and ITAD. I am certified Trainer and Assessor (TAE) from AVLI (Australia) and have an extensive experience of more than 8 years in conducting workshops on different behavioral skills as well as training HR staff on HR skills.
I am also a strategic HR and business consultant, and have consulted small and mid-sized organisations to identify, define, design and roll out processes to help organisation's growth.
