We have been in the field of teaching communicative skills in English for over five years now. It has been both pleasure and a learning experience. Having trained more that 100 students in or career so far, I have gained great insight into not only to teach but also what not to teach. Based on our past experience our trainers have evolved the study material which is the strength of The Voices English Academy methodology. It takes into account the way mother tongue idiom in thinking hinders the acquiring of communicative skills in English. The heart of the study material is the SGF or the Speech Generating Formula. Based on core word clusters and frequently appearing sentence pattern, the SGF trains the learners to pick up the English quickly and effectively.
