Design & Planning
* Interacting with clients for project related activities and analyzing their requirements keeping
in mind the budgetary and time constraints.
* Discussing design ideas with the client and creating designs/drawings for a wide spectrum of
projects.
*Preparing detailed project specifications including materials, procedures and costs, etc.
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors/builders and providing with the detailed installation
documents.
* Administering construction of projects ensuring timely completion as per the client
requirements; understanding the products (technically & commercially).
Interior Designing
* Developing concepts in external face, interior detailing and integrating the same with
structural finish and drafting- perspective drawing, elevation, and floor plan.
* Planning interiors and furnishing corporate offices, and commercial/institutional
establishments, such as offices etc.
* Emphasizing on studying and getting first hand information of the work at site, with special
focus on wood works, wall treatment, flooring and ceiling work.
* Incorporating all necessary service facilities such as electrical fixtures/fittings, HVAC, Fire
Alarm/Prevention System, Fax/Data Voice Systems, Music, etc into the design.
Client Relationship Management
* Interacting with the clients/consultants and freezing the technical specifications.
* Developing effective understanding & relations; coordination of design services.
