Practice interviews with your friends in English and record the interview (using mobile audio recorder) and then listen to it to find out some gaps- Learn from it and improve on daily basis.

Learn ERP Automation like Oracle Apps automation or SAP automation using some ERP Automation tools like one from Oracle called as Oracle Application Testing... ...more

ERP Automation guys are heavily paid rather than normal automation folks. Visit my profile to get more idea on ERP Automation or OATS automation. I am Ex Oracle employee who has worked with multiple ERP systems and have 7+ years of experience in automating web applications, automating database, web services, etc ..... Nothing is impossible to learn...it depends on how you are trained on it .

Software testing budgets will be on the rise, especially in the sectors of banking, energy & utilities (E&U), insurance , manufacturing and transportation, these domains will most likely be spending 27 percent and 31 percent of their budgets on QA and testing. Software testing budgets will be on the rise, especially in the sectors of banking, energy & utilities (E&U), insurance , manufacturing and transportation, these domains will most likely be spending 27 percent and 31 percent of their budgets on QA and testing. It has also been observed that most of the organizations are allocating more than 40 percent of their IT budget towards quality assurance and software testing because they can't affford any bugs in the production which will drag their market brand imgae or productivity. Now a days, developer : tester ratio is almost 2:1 which was earlier 5: 1 ....what does it means ? it means more and more testers are included along with developers to increase and maximize testing in short time.
