was working as preprimary teacher at children's paradise school pune from June 1995 -April 1998. Thereafter was working with Sevasadan English medium school from August 1999- April 2009. Then I joined Morris foundation after so many years of preprimary experience. As I wanted to start from base of learning difficulties I opted for remedial teaching to age group 5-9. I worked for 3 years in Morris foundation. I wanted my work to be offered to many more children so I joined Kshitij ngo. I started training field workers who work along with class teachers in ZP schools . My work now has spread and i got good results. Field workers now are well trained and prepare worksheets on their own
