IdentityI am a teacher with difference, i,e, a teacher of Mathematics, English, Marathi with previous industrial experience. The industrial experience gives me ability to work in a diverse environment. I am not just a teacher with B. Ed. or some such degree. I believe in teaching concepts to students rather than make them earn only marks. This is why I do not load them with exams every week or so, but I get the sums solved in class itself by them and check immediately.
My this approached has given great results to me.
I believe in upgrading the average or below average students, who really need teacher. Of course, I can upgrade scholars who need that last push to achieve target or magic figure of marks.
