Maintain a databank of CV’s.
Handle the entire recruitment process from release of Advertisement/Job consultants/Job portals to conduct written tests, personal interview, issuing Offer letters, Joining formalities.
Issuing various types of letter to employees.
Maintaining personnel files of all the employees.
Maintain and update attendance, leaves, staff database.
Employee birthday celebration, festival celebration, picnic etc.
Handle employee Exit- Conduct exit interviews, carrying out employee relieving formalities (relieving letter, full & final settlement & settlement of other dues.
Coordination with IT team for generation of email id's of new joinees.
Bank account opening of new joinees.
Office maintenance
Other duties as assigned from time to time based on organizational needs.
