In my professional life as a mechanical design engineer, I have worked on many projects and also lead the design engineer of different level, so these engineers needs to train for the particular project and develop his capability to execute the project successfully.
what I have learned so far from experience is that if you get the right direction you will reach your destination, so I have trained engineers by sequential step by step method, so he will be understand all the stages of Design.
