What is the plural for the word "Person", Persons or People?

Both are right. Usage of people is very common though.

What stream to choose after 10th ?

You may lose fluency in interviews because of loss of self confidence. This happens, when you start taking pressure. Frankly, you can not get rid of pressure. It's natural. In interviews, you can be fluent if you anticipate few questions and prepare a strategy to answer those. Concentrate more on answering the questions effectively than trying to please interviewers.
