I have been teaching English language at a curricular level to the senior secondary and higher secondary students since 2003. However, took a hiatus of a few years foe domestic reasons. I love teaching English, history and psychology.The spiral syllabus has been a convenient and interesting syllabus in my pedagogy learning process. I have been following the direct approach as well as suggestopedia techniques for the need specific purpose.
My wont is my penchant for english grammar.Being a Net qualified in Linguistics;i hope the simplification of english grammar for second language learners would be a pragmatic goal . Creative writing in english has also been a pet idea for me.

Why the word 'Doctor' has two diagonally opposite meanings? 1.Change the content or appearance of (a document or picture) in order to deceive; falsify. "the reports could have been doctored" 2.Treat (someone) medically. "he contemplated giving up doctoring"

They are not diagonally opposite;as might have been perceived.Both the uses denote the superimposition to an already existing condition;so,the 'treatment' rendered could be beneficial or hitherto depending upon the narrative discourse.

Indian Languages, by and large, seem to have Spelling Pronunciation while English alphabet behaves as per the word concerned. For example, Letter 'A' has different roles in the following words At, Above, All etc. How English could start ruling the Globe with these shortcomings?

Teachers, teaching a a language; should need to empathise with proper phonological restructuring of the various heirarchical stratas embedded in its core teaching process before they transfer any asymmetrical opinion to the learners. Demographically proven.Chinese Mandarin is the most spoken language and not English.Its English that has taken our indian origin; overseas. Lets manifest and thus culturise respect if not reverence for foreign languages without mindlessly comparing the benign IndoEuropean tongue with Indo-Aryan, Dravidian and Persian and a host of other pidgins and creoles. A kind plea to not bleach English as an intruder and not convert a learning channel into an antagonist vent. The featured opinions could dampen the prospective learners.

There have been times when I bought a shirt or T-shirt because it looked good on the mannequin, little realizing that when you have the figure of a mannequin, any piece of clothing — cheap or expensive, loose or body-hugging — suits you. Can anyone do an 'Anatomy of the above Sentence' explaining grammatically each and every word of it and thus introducing the confusing terms like tense, subject, predicate, verb, adjective, adverb, preposition, gerund, present participle and so on to budding English Learners?

Sir ,The coveted schematic analysis would be best exemplified with many embedded tree diagrams with multiple Vbars and Nbars which cannot be accomodated in a web space as such.
