Mr. Shantinath Patil has been motivated by this single sentence in his life and started working for students welfare to build their career and make them employable.Initially Mr. Patil has started his organisation to help students to gain confidence and fluency in English so they can stand independent in their life.

Mr. Patil has got various prestigious qualifications from different parts of the world. He was a student of Masters in management studies in Northampton, united kingdom, Masters in English and masters in Sanskrit from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and bachelors in education from Trissur, Kerala.
