Chronic charged off accounts which were in bad debts portfolio since 4-5 years.
Recommended changes in the existing mechanism evaluating business score card for rating employees for their performance which got accepted and appreciated by senior management.

Won the thanks award from country head retail banking for bringing down delinquency by more than100 basis points in personal loan portfolio in a single month.
