With the right body language and clothes to start with, you can create a powerful impression. once you feel more confident with these changes, communication will change. As people around you will respond and communicate better with you. Lets take baby steps. Transformation is a slow process. It is only possible if you are willing to bring and see the change. All the best Swati.

Hi Swati,
We lack confidence when we do not know something. So I would only suggest that you must learn English through any source you are comfortable with. Apart from that speak with your clients in the language you are more comfortable in this way you will sound more confident.
All the best.

Hi Nishant,
Indeed a great question.
Answer is you won't find a single moment during the fest where you won't be learning and experiencing a life time of teaching. Will share a few glimpses of my college food fest (me being from the hotel industry):
1) The main dish in the menu got burnt 5 hrs before service.Immediate reaction- Panic.Alternative course -Immediately started fresh without blaming, cursing.the entire team assigned for that dish came together and worked at rocket speed to prepare it on-time.They all learnt that blaming is never an answer for a failure, instead finding solution is the key to overcome failure. Also they all learnt to forgive and bonded more.
2)The decoration group had a fixed budget. Immediate reaction-"can't be done in this much amount".Course of action- The team divided themselves, started hunting the cheapest markets in town,at their home towns who use to to stay nearby, contacted friends of creative schools, wnet out for getting sponsorship's for the fest. The decor resources got arranged and it was the best decoration in years during the food fest for our batch.Lessons learnt- networking, looking for alternatives
So you see, the college fests gives you a problem statement and then like we solve maths problems in various ways but get the correct answer.Same are these fests. The only difference is this learning is happening in dynamic outdoor , outside the classroom. You learn and exhibit and GET AWARE of a lot of your personality traits either through feedbacks, appreciation and sometimes a bit of scoldings too «less

Personality tests are designed in such a manner that false answers can be uncovered. The manner in which the questions are designed is in such a way that there are no right or wrong answers. Questions, often seeking your reaction to situations, are subtly placed in multiple numbers to understand the nuances of a candidate's personality. The MBTI, for instance, is a comprehensive test, though simple, that will help uncover a personality test. There are various other types of tests that will help determine of you are type A, B, etc. Finally, tests alone do not determine successful candidature. Tests are followed by interviews which will help interviewers correlate and better understand the candidate. So, here is my advice - Don't even think of lying. If you do, you will be at a loss and your credibility is at stake since you will come across as unreliable! «less

A very interesting question. A personality test is done with a specific purpose. Good tests are designed in such a way that it catches you even if you lie and gives a near accurate picture. Also, if we are not suited for a particular job/profile/responsibilities etc, it would be counter productive for us to fake during a test.
