In general, your body is making changes as soon as you start working out, though it can take about 4 weeks of regular, consistent workouts to actually gain strength, stamina and as long as 6 weeks to start seeing the results most of us are looking for in terms of dropping sizes or shedding pounds.

1) Past history whether you doing workout in past or not?
2) Any past history of medical problem?
3) Goal for taking PT (you want to lose fat, gain weight, built lean muscle mass etc). ?

4) Your fitness assessment. Wherein your muscular and cardio vascular endurance test will...  more»

3) Goal for taking PT (you want to lose fat, gain weight, built lean muscle mass etc). ?

Later will come:
4) Your fitness assessment. Wherein your muscular and cardio vascular endurance test will be taken to see where you stand in fitness level.
5) Later comes your body measurements, body composition, postural alignment, and weight check.
6) Exercise scheduling as per you goal.
7) Basic diet plans (Note: advance should be done with proper registered Dietitian and not by PT). «less
