Ironwrist Academy

We are a fitness academy in Panchkula which aims to help kids to grow to their full potential both physically and mentally. At Ironwrist Academy, it's not only about physical fitness but also about learning life skills and qualities which adds to the overall personality of the children. Our training includes physical workouts, focus building exercises, mental peace exercises and much more. So, it is clear that kids do not get bored and the process remains interesting.
In a time of so much screen addiction in children, we are just trying to make them more health conscious.
Our whole process is designed in such a way that it covers all aspects of child growth. We want to make them superheroes of their life. We will wait for our little superheroes so that we can train them to do big things in their life.
