Initially the classes were going well but after a while the tutor stopped scheduling classes for me and she used to always be late for the class. She had network issues most of the time and I did not like her teaching. Very disappointed.

My experience was worst, joined for class 12 cbse accountancy, payment made for 20 hrs mandatary per hour RS.150 before starting class. Out of 6 classes. Only 67 min class taken with tutor network issue, 2 schedule classes were not conducted by tutor with no intimation, 2hr 30 min class payment was deducted for recorded video though tutor didn' t inform schedule time and prior intimated by me not willing to continue.From customer support reply. Fund deducted will not be refunded though i have clear chat and schedule history . Really disappointed to choose urban pro faculty.

I really like her way of teaching she always explain concepts related to real life she teaches according to us she also gives notes for our reference i feel this classes are really worth it.

Nice way of teaching, explains again when the concept is not clear. Take tests after completion of topics.

Yeah, this teacher is really good, She can teach according to people's level. She is genuine and she's polite. Everyone can easily understand her teaching. She can help with all your doubts. She is a good teacher.

Satisfactory. The tuition fees is little high.May consider to reduce the tuition fees.Request to take class for full 2 hours sometimes they finish it off in one and a half hour.
