Communication Skills Training:

As the popular adage goes, â??half of the worldâ??s problem can be solved if only people communicate with each other in an understanding way.â?? We only understand others and the situation we are in, by the way, we communicate to them, how effective we understand others depends upon how effectively we communicate our needs and wants to others and achieve them and manage the situation we are in. Understanding different ways and types of communication involved while we interact with people, What motivates people to communicate in the way they communicate helps us to model our own communication to express our needs and wants, and handle stressful situations appropriately.

Communication Skills Training Program focuses on learning from different perspectives and understand why people are, the way they are, for example, their behaviours, its source and how to understand and change our way of approach so that we end up having a win-win situation. Understand how we communicate is how we live, how we articulate our goals and our boundaries, and how we participate in creating our world. So being with the people emerges spontaneously and comfortably so that they feel nurtured and cared for.

Attitudes - window to the world

It is the window through which we see the world; it can be healthy or unhealthy and can make, break or better our relationship with others, the situation we are in and ourselves. Also, our attitudes will decide about our own motivation styles that will go a long way especially in relating with others.

Delivery Mechanism:

Transactional Analysis will be the primary theoretical framework that will be used, with an eclectic approach, using techniques like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt, Theme Centered Interaction (TCI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) etc. and other developmental theories.

The entire session will be interactive, encouraging active participation, with the elements of Concept discussion, exercises, activities, assessments, and discussions, thereby ensuring a rich experience and a value-added assistance to their learning endeavours.

Online Training Program Details:

Ideal group size: 10 - 25 participants.

Duration: 9 hrs - 3 hours session on three weekends either on Saturday / Sunday.

Timing: 10.00 AM - 1.00 PM, 4.00 PM - 7.00 PM

Having started his career in sales and customer relations he changed his career to working with people through training and counselling after completing his Advanced Training in Transactional Analysis, He has more than decade of experience in training, counseling and has logged over 20,000 + hours of training and consulting experience and he is specialist in training areas of Intra & Interpersonal skills, Cognitive skills, Soft skills training, Psychometric testing, Counseling and Psychotherapy for Individuals in Corporate, Academic institutions and in General public & he is a Trainer, Counselor, and a Psychotherapist in the process of certification.
