Hii all enthusiasts. Greetings of the day and I salute you all for looking forward to attend my class. It will positively help you see yourself in a different light and help you all realise you can achieve greatness given dedication and mental toughness.
This masterclass is all about mixing body weight training science with the agility of karate movements. It will test your endurance, strength as well teach you how to defend yourself in a very detailed way. And with all these super charged activity this session will also help you to gain significant amount of muscle and core strength and loose fat.
I do not recommend to bring anything extra but your willingness to learn something new and exciting.
But if any of you want to bring something really cool then a floor mat for your own comfort and a pair of light dumbells will be more than enough. But again it is not an absolute necessary. Just to make the fun part up.
