Hi Amit, the very first thing what you can do is start writing whatever comes to your mind. Pen down whatever you want to speak on, form sentences and reread it. Whenever you have lots of things in your mind however you don't know how to start with and continue with the talk, you get stuck so the best way to cope with this up is to make points before speaking for instance what you will speak first and second and so on. Initially, make few points so that you remember them easily and speak without looking at it. Hope this helps!
