Overview

Music has been a part of me since early childhood. Formally my journey started when I was in tenth grade. From there on , there has absolutely been no looking back. I was lucky to get selected for Dr. A.R. Rahman's Music Conservatory , Chennai, where I created a great foundation for one complete year, being fully immersed in music. Recently, I topped all over India in grade 2 Piano through the ABRSM board, UK. I've passed my Third year with distinction in Indian Classical singing from Prayag Sangeet Samiti. I got a chance recently to be a part of the Indian classical choir at the World Culture Festival,2016 (Delhi) witnessing an audience of 35 lakh people from over 155 countries, with Mr. Modi being among-st the chief guests.

Is a "new" piano always better than a "used" piano?

Not necessarily. Sometimes, the oldest ones are the best, because of the superior quality of wood used in creating them.

One, by hiring a good piano teacher and two by regular practice, of at least half an hour everyday.

What maintenance comes with owning a piano?

You need to regularly tune it, once in 4-5 months. (From a piano tuner ) and of course maintain it well in terms of covering it well.
