After years of interaction with Teens and Youth I have found that at times they find the demands of their own lives so awesomely stressing, disillusioning, draining and energy sapping that they are never able to take the flight which was destined to take them to their dreams and glory. And, even if they take the flight, their fears hold them back from pouring their hearts into their journey. The result of this is a “life not lived full”-a compromised life.

I always find this sense of “life not lived full” a very disconcerting one. Personally, I have always challenged this in my own life. I have a very strong belief that all humans have dreams and they are fully equipped with everything they need to reach those dreams. The challenges of life are too insignificant to stop them from living their dreams. And a human life is too precious to be lived as a compromise. The unfortunate part of the matter is that one usually walks through life almost in a sleep and when one realises what has been lost, it is too late.

As such I have developed "Talk" for sharing my experiences and my research encouraging the teen audience to take control of their lives to pursue their dreams and suggesting to them processes and strategies to handle the obstacles on the way
