Hi Chitra, Fluency in English or any language for that matter will be indeed achieved if one speaks the language at every opportunity, without worrying about whether it's correct or not grammatically. Fluency in English or any language for that matter will be indeed achieved if one speaks the language at every opportunity, without worrying about whether it's correct or not grammatically. One should initiate conversations with anybody knowing the language. And, if corrected, try not to repeat the mistake. Another thing which helps is reading magazines first and later, once comfortable, reading good books. That improves vocabulary. Don't feel lazy to use the dictionary to learn the meanings of new words.
