Autodesk is the developer of Autocad software.
Autodesk is not a software. There are so many softwares in civil engineering introduced by Autodesk company like Revit, 3Ds max, fusion etc.
Autocad is merely a software which we use for drafting purposes whereas civil 3D software is used for 3Ds purposes for example construction of roads in 3d, highways, building components etc.

Good Knowledge has no limit to earn.
If you are looking for design your salary in company will be 4-5 lakhs yearly. But will be exceed by 20-25 lakhs within 5-6 years. But there is no limit of earning.
