Am 27 yrs old, graduate in Mechanical Engineering having 4 yrs experience in fabrication & services, now my carrier is dumped not growing at all, market also down. so i decided to change my carrier, i have selected two optional field No. 1 is SAP MM non certified training & No. 2 is Digital marketing training. experts pls suggest me which training i should undergo to get a job easily and sustain for my carrier growth?

HI Mohd, See its my personal suggestion add value to your past degrees, rather than adding new degrees or changing your profile. Yes digital marketing is growing but the starting salary of a fresher is 15k. I don't think after Btech and 4 yrs of exp..you would like to have that stating salary....on... ...more

I don't think after Btech and 4 yrs of exp..you would like to have that stating salary....on the other hand if you do SAP MM..it gives value to your BTech degree..you can negotiate on Salary pat with your 4 yrs exp too.

I am a digital marketer trainer...but seeing your profile and past academic credentials, I would suggest you to go for SAP MM. Although Digital marketing is growing like anything but it would not suit your profile.

what is the best answer in interview for the question why should we hire you?

Always tell the answer pointing out those skills which the recruiter has mentioned as essential for the job. Tell them that you qualify with most of the skills asked and you are ready to learn and grow further to suit companies requirements.
